You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible orders. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label so you do not have to pay for shipping.
How to Initiate a Return

If your request is approved, we will send you a free pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 12 - 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all costs for returns and replacements in these cases.
